Where Can They be Displayed?
You can display them, on the roadside, for special events, in front of stores, even inside in short wherever people are.

How do the inflatable’s work?
They are inflated with cold air fans which must be connected to an electric outlet at all times. The fan needs to run as long as you want the inflatable displayed.

Do you deliver and set up?
The rental cost doesn’t include delivery and pick up. We offer delivery and pick up for additional charge within city limits. We do not set up the inflatables. To set up the inflatable, please watch the informational video
on our website. 

What kind of power is required?
Our inflatables plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the extension cords but we recommend not plugging anything else into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the inflatable should be no more than 100ft from that outlet.

What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, or asphalt. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

How much room do I need to set up an inflatable?
This depends on the dimensions of the inflatable and the dimensions which can be found on the website for each item. 

Are you Insured?
Yes. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent an inflatable are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up an inflatable until the liability waiver is signed.

Is there a deposit required to reserve an inflatable?
No deposit is required. Full payment is collected on the day of the event, prior to set up. We do not require a deposit. We will collect full payment on the day of the event prior to setup.

What forms of payment does Inflatable 4 Rent accept?
Inflatable 4 Rent accepts Cash, Certified Cheques, PayPal, Money Orders and some company cheques. Please check your payment method with Inflatable 4 Rent prior to event.

How do I reserve my inflatable?
Simple! You can call 403-828-4444, email rental@inflatable4rent.com You can also text us at 403-988-3058 and we will help you place your order and gladly answer any questions you might have.

What if I have to cancel?
Just give us a call as soon as possible so that Inflatable 4 Rent has the opportunity to rent out your reserved inflatable to another customer.

What are Inflatable 4 Rent weather policies?
There is no cancellation fee for bad weather. If inclement weather including high winds (winds greater than 20kms) occurs on the day of your event, you can cancel or reschedule the booking. If during your event poor weather or high winds occur or approach, the inflatable will have to be deflated until the winds diminish.
